Tan Tan Noodle Soup: Vegan Noodles

This Vegan Sesame Tantanmen features the perfect ramen noodles swimming in a creamy sesame broth, served with spicy tofu crumbles and fresh vegetables. The perfect easy-to-make comfort meal!

Steps to make your ramen:

  1. Tear open half of the lid. Remove any seasoning packet and add the seasoning to the ramen.
  2. Pour 400ml of boiling water up to the inside line of the container.
  3. Put the lid on and weigh down the lid with a set of chopsticks or a light plate.
  4. Wait patiently for 5 minutes then stir the noodles well with chopsticks. 
  5. Dig in!
