Return/Refund Policy
Same Day – Easy Return Policy on SUSHIYA ONLINE – We Give 100% Refund if reported at the time of receiving the order

We understand that look and feel has been important factor when it comes to shopping for our products.
And when you buy foods online, at times look-n-feel is not possible. And so we have introduced an easy Same day return policy. So if you don’t like the feel of the material or anything post you receive the product, you can simply call us or inform the delivery person at the time of receiving the delivery, in unused - original condition, and we’ll refund the full amount that you paid for the products.


Did you know - We follow a strict quality check, packing and dispatch process -

- All our products on the site are fresh and hand picked.
- Before dispatch, all products get checked for quality. We use a special process to check the minutest of defects.
We try our best effort to deliver you checked fresh products with no defects.
- We dispatch all the products in appropriate layers of packing. This is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

We deliver through our own logistic channel in carefully packed boxes, stored in temperature controlled containers.

If on delivery of the products, if you don’t like them, please follow the below steps to return and get the refunds –
Email / call us the same day of delivery and inform us that you want to return the products.

Pack & Dispatch the products to our address –

Please ensure, while returning the pack, you pack the products properly, and in safe original packaging. This is to ensure that product reaches us in good condition back.

Email us Refund / Exchange details-

We process the Refunds in 3-4 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.

We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. If incase of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code. You can email us all these details on order@sushiya.in


Please note: Our delivery staff will come and collect the order that needs to be returned.
